Payment must be made FULLY in advance after the sketch approval, unless we have agreed otherwise beforehand.Payments are made in Euro (€) via invoices through Paypal, so your Paypal address is required to send the invoice.For EU clients bank transfer is possible as well.
Please do NOT send me money before I sent out the invoice.Payment is due upfront after an initial thumbnail sketch is approved.I accept payments in increments or payment plans for commissions >250€.

You have the right to cancel the commission at any time. Refund policy is as follows:•If you wish to cancel your commission before I started the approval sketch you will get a 100% refund.•With cancellation during the sketch stage, a 15% refund of the original payment will be issued.• No refund will be issued if you cancel during the color stage, or after the commission is finished.•If I cancel the commission, 100% of the original commission payment in Euros will be refunded if the approval sketch hasn’t started.•Artist Cancellation can be caused due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behaviour or any personal circumstances.•If the client cancels a commission mid-way, a partial payment will be issued - depending on the current work that was already put into the artwork.•If the artist cancels a commission mid-way the process (that may only occur if there are physical or any other urgent private reasons that makes it impossible to work further on the clients art and won’t be taken easily) the artist will give a refund depending on the current process status.

Before I start working on your commission it may be discussed via social media, private message, E-Mail or Telegram.•Please provide a VISUAL REFERENCE (Character-sheet/previous artworks etc.)•After discussing the commission, agreement upon a price, you will receive a sketch for approval.•You have the right to request changes during this stage (sketch).•However, major edits such as composition or posing can ONLY be made during the sketching stage.
1 Major edit is free. Further edits will be charged with 15% of the commissioned price.•You may request up to 3 minor changes whilst I’m working on the colour.
Minor revisions include eye colour, minor details or small additions. Further changes may require additional fees.
Any major changes after the approved sketch stage is done are NOT possible once I started to colour the artwork.•During the process of a fully rendered/coloured commission you will receive additional WIP or updates. You are welcome to check in for updates, reminders or questions if needed.•I should have finished your commission sometime within a week (avatars) to a month or longer after payment is done, depending on my queue, commission type, contact with clients , and cicumstances.•Larger commissions may usually take longer than a month to complete.•I cannot guarantee that I will finish your commission on a specified deadline. However, I will try my best to meet any reasonable time frame you have in mind.•If you exceed more than three minor edits to a piece, I may charge an extra fee before continuing.
Please do not send me any form of payment without my consent

The buyer will purchase the design of a character for personal use.•If not stated differently beforehand, the character base (not the design) still belongs to artist and might be sold altered and re-used for different designs and advertisement for their social media, homepage or examples on print products.•Payment must be sent within 48 hours after purchase. Otherwise I put the character/design back on sale•The owner receives the art in PNG high resolution and without watermark
The owner are given all rights to this design.
The owner can make changes to the character
The owner is allowed to resell the purchased design. However, it is NOT allowed to sell the design for a higher price. If the buyer does so the artist remains to put the buyer onto a „blacklist“ and is no longer willed to work with them in future business.

You shall NOT use ANY of my art, commission works, progress shots of said commission or otherwise, for any machine learning apps/codes as data or to edit said image (e.g. Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, etc).I DO NOT CONSENT in using my artworks for any related machine learning apps/codes/algorithms...
Nothing made by me may be used for any sort of NFTs/Blockchain/cryptocurrencies or future inventions in space.If done so, you WILL be charged the commission fee per publicized generated artwork.

Feel free to use your commission for any personal use you want (avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, upload it to your own personal galleries with credit given, etc.) just as long as it isn't for commercial use or you claim you created the artwork.Printing the high-res file is allowed for private usage.
You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes.I retain all rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to use the artwork for self-promotion and upload it to any of my personal galleries, social media or portfolio, future art books unless otherwise agreed upon.If you DON’T want me uploading the finished work to any of my galleries or social media, please let me know beforehand.

If you requested an artwork done with traditional media I’ll ship it to the clients preferred physical postal address.Please make sure that the address you send me is correct.The artwork will be send in a flat thick cardboard envelope via Deutsche Post/ DHL.For clients outside Germany, custom fees may occur.
The artist is not responsible for these fees and they have to be paid by the client.Since the commission will be packed very properly and if wished via tracked postage, however it may happen that the artwork can get lost.The artist is not responsible for such a loss caused by the shipment company and can’t give any full refunds for that matter.Latest update:14/09/2023
